Introduction
Herein you will find a listing of the Principals of SphereLogika. Each individual here was an integral piece of establishing this organization and it is their determination, subscription to a common methodology, and drive that will continue to allow SphereLogika to reach the constantly evolving goals that are set for the organization. As communicated in Our Mission, client service and being true to the art are the primary focuses of SphereLogika. Any goal set forth by the organization is a goal that is a derivative of the mission of SphereLogika and every individual’s dedication to the fulfillment of that mission.
The Principals of the organization work tirelessly to determine in what ways SphereLogika can continue to work in the best interest of our clients and how those goals may be accomplished and implemented in an expedient and seamless fashion. Goals set forth that will allow SphereLogika to work more fluidly with those clients are always strategic implementations that take into account the way in which our clients work, the processes of SphereLogika, and what must be done to implement a goal in such a way that there is noticeable impact with no adverse affects upon our clients.
Please take the time to review the backgrounds of the Principals and always feel free to contact us directly.
Craig Schuh is in charge of the business and financial side of SpherLogika. Craig has also been running the business and financial side of a boutique advertising agency, since mid-2003. Along with Jerry, Craig has been involved with agencies that have boasted a client roster the likes of Sony Electronics, McDonald’s, and International Truck and Engine Corporation, as well as a number of smaller clients. During Craig’s tenure at the current agency, it has grown from a US$3.9 Million to a US$23 Million company and the staff has more than doubled from 20 full time individuals in 2003.
Prior to his career in advertising, Craig spent 12 years in International and Investment Banking with ABN AMRO, SBC Warburg, and Northern Trust. During his time in that industry he was responsible for trade modeling and analysis for traders on the broker-dealer floor. He was also responsible for the development, analysis, management, and implementation of various trading and clearing systems for both SBC Warburg and ABN AMRO.
Craig has also spent some time in research and analysis centered around economic development in Central and Eastern Europe and in 1997 wrote a paper on the topic while doing research on private funding of former Soviet Think-tanks at the Hudson Institute in Indianapolis. Craig has also spent time assisting the American Center of Polish Culture in Washington DC and the former Polish Ambassador to America’s wife, Irena Koszminska in fundraising efforts for their various programs and interests.
Craig possesses a firm understanding of business processes and also has an incredibly large network of friends and relations around the world from which SphereLogika draws upon to enhance their foundation and create exciting new opportunities for both the organization and its clients. Craig’s knowledge of project management and processes consistently paired up with Jerry’s knowledge so that client workflow is always effectively managed so that there is never adverse affects on a client.
Jerry Pavelka is the leader and driver of every creative and operational task that takes place within SphereLogika. Jerry has been active in the graphics and advertising industry for 17 years initially working from the start of the digital revolution in print. During his 17 years in the industry Jerry has been intimately involved in color management, pre-press operations, database operations and management, server technology, and networking.
As designer and maintainer of the technological infrastructure of both SphereLogika as well as advertising agencies and production studios, Jerry has conducted research and analysis to strategically develop and update all aspects of those companies’ technologies as well as providing invaluable input into the infrastructure and workings of many of our past clients. Tasks that Jerry has undertaken with respect to this have included production tools, workflow automation, color management, server technology, networking and databases. Jerry is also intimately involved with MOAM, Incorporated. MOAM has been active for the past 6 years and is in the business of designing and implementing software for the publication industry. The software product, QwikMarx, is used for creating precise dimensions for publication ads and other keyline layouts in the advertising business.
Jerry continues to teach others with computer and software technology and enjoys doing beta testing for software businesses. Jerry’s ideology, methodologies, and leadership is what drives the studio and it is those methodologies that are be the basis from which the studio resources learn.
